Kevin has been an entrepreneur most of his life. His first business was selling used golf balls out of the backyard of their farm when he was 14 years old.
His online marketing career began while in college in 1996. He saw the potential of this “fad” called the Internet and started his first of several successful online marketing businesses.
In 2009, during the Great Recession, he saw the huge need local businesses had for getting customers, made the transition to online marketing and started his first digital agency.
He also started the Local Marketing Association, which helped thousands of agency owners over the years level up the industry and bring exceptional results and integrity to the digital agency industry.
In 2017, after experiencing a large water damage emergency in his home, he was exposed to the world of water restoration companies and co-founded Water Restoration Marketing.
Seeing firsthand how crucial a role these companies have in one of the most stressful and emotional times for a homeowner, he is committed to helping the “good guys” in the industry grow and thrive.
COO
Jeff, a born entrepreneur, kicked off his journey in the world of business at the young age of 10 in NYC. Back then, he ran his own Payphone vending business, with his dad serving as his trusty chauffeur for collections.
By the time he hit 15, Jeff had already launched an outsourced computer repair service catering to retail computer repair shops in Queens and Brooklyn.
Following a 7-year stint as a senior network security engineer and ethical hacker in corporate America, he co-founded an enterprise-level IT consulting company, eventually selling it off after 4 successful years.
However, the corporate grind wore on him, and Jeff yearned to make a tangible impact on local and small businesses. This desire led him to focus his superpowers on mastering local online marketing.
In 2017, Jeff co-founded Water Restoration Marketing alongside Kevin Wilke, a venture dedicated to assisting businesses that genuinely improve people’s lives. This passion for the water damage restoration industry had its roots in Jeff’s own experience with a restoration company in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy in 2012.

Clinton James has always had a passion for helping businesses grow. His journey in digital marketing began in 1999 when he joined a tech company straight out of school, assisting small businesses in getting online through web design, SEO, and web hosting services. Seeing firsthand how the internet was reshaping the business landscape, he quickly became an expert in digital strategies that drive real results.
Over the past 15 years, Clinton has specialized in home services and emergency services marketing, developing a deep understanding of the industry and what it takes to generate high-value jobs for restoration companies. His marketing philosophy is simple but powerful: know the industry you serve inside and out, and focus on the channels that bring in the most profitable jobs.

Johan was born and raised in Sweden. In 2002, he moved to the US and worked in the corporate world until 2009, when he started his own digital marketing company mainly focused on social media marketing, which at the time was a fairly “new” thing. Since then, he has also owned and run a local brick-and-mortar business in Minnesota, a fitness center that he sold. In 2018, he joined Water Restoration Marketing and has loved the journey ever since. Johan loves helping small business owners grow and thrive.
Director of Local SEO
Ryan is a seasoned digital marketing strategist with a passion for helping local businesses thrive online. As the Director of Local SEO at Water Restoration Marketing, he specializes in developing data-driven strategies that enhance visibility, generate leads, and drive real business growth for restoration companies.
With a background spanning sales, branding, and online marketing, Ryan has spent over a decade mastering the complexities of SEO, digital advertising, and website optimization. Director of Website Development
Adam is a seasoned expert in website design, development, and support. As the Director of Website Development at Water Restoration Marketing, he leads a stellar Website Development team to rapidly design and develop visually appealing websites to help strengthen the online presence and generate leads for our clients.
His first exposure to website design and development came while attending Ferris State University where he graduated with a
B.A.S in Visual Design & Web Media in 2006.
Adam’s professional career blends both agency and corporate experience, giving him a well-rounded perspective in design and web development for various subject matter and target audiences.
He began at a boutique agency in West Michigan in 2006, working on visual branding, print, and web projects for small businesses and organizations. Adam then transitioned to the corporate world with Spartan Motors, where he played a key role in strengthening the company’s visual identity across marketing materials, trade shows, and websites.
In 2011, he returned to an agency setting to focus on web design and development while expanding his skills with WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Adam’s core focus and passion is for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting WordPress-based websites. His natural desire to solve problems and help people achieve their goals directly correlates to our high level of customer satisfaction.
